Key Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate the order management team to meet goals.
Serve as the primary client contact post-sales, ensuring clear communication.
Review orders and contracts for accuracy and timely delivery.
Coordinate with Finance on invoicing and payment follow-ups.
Work with Engineering on drawings, approvals, and documentation.
Track order progress and resolve issues promptly.
Drive process improvements to boost efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Ideal Candidate:
Client relationship management and communication skills
5-7 years of experience order management, sales operations, or a similar role
Strong Knowledge of order-to-cash process in construction supply/ manufacturing
Understanding of contracts, warranties, and commercial terms.
Proficiency in WBS systems and MS Office
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Candidates from the manufacturing, construction , steel or cladding industries would be more relevant
