Job Responsibilities:
- Collecting orders for new cars,
- Archiving documents related to financial transactions of customers,
- Notifying the distributor of order changes and accepting compliance,
- To follow stock control,
- Indicate the status of the orders (damage, lack of parts, etc.) during the transportation in the stock list,
- Accepting and checking distributor invoices,
- Checking the registration documents, completing the missing documents,
Requirements:
- Graduated from related departments of universities,
- At least 2 years of experience
- Preferably with experience in the automotive industry
- Committed to positive customer experience
- Presentable, dynamic, friendly and communicative
- High persuasiveness and follow-up
- Proficient in MS Office applications, strong reporting skills
