Job Title: Orchestra Conductor
We are seeking an experienced and inspiring
Orchestra Conductor
to lead our ensemble in delivering powerful, expressive, and technically excellent performances. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of classical and contemporary repertoire, strong leadership skills, and a passion for musical excellence.Key Responsibilities:
Conduct rehearsals and performances, ensuring musical precision and artistic interpretation. Select and program repertoire in collaboration with artistic and administrative teams. Provide musical guidance and motivation to orchestra members. Lead sectional rehearsals and coordinate with orchestra members. Work closely with the management team to plan concert seasons and special events.
Qualifications:
Proven experience conducting professional or semi-professional orchestras. Degree in orchestral conducting, music theory, or a related field. Broad knowledge of orchestral repertoire. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with the team. Passion for audience engagement and community outreach is a plus.
