Oracle Hcm Techno Functional Consultant
Job Description
Senior HRMS Techno Functional consultant required to work with business team on support and new enhancements, Projects, CR's etc. and will be single point of contact for queries related to HR (including all sub units) & its integration with other system.
Main Duties: Sound knowledge in ADF, OIC Knowledge on PaaS solution development and Integrations for Oracle Fusion applications Effectively testing the Application functionality, managing crisis, handling issues, and resolving bugs in the Application. 5+ Years of Experience in Oracle Technologies like HCM Technical, Oracle Application Development Framework (Oracle ADF), Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), BI Report, HCM Extract, JCS-SaaS Extension, JAVA, Advance Java (JSP/Servlet). Experience in Open-source Technologies Spring MVC, Hibernate, Maven etc.
Minimum Qualifications : Bachelor's degree
Minimum Experience : 5 Years Oracle HCM 360 experience along with PaaS/Custom development Minimum 3 years Payroll experience Experience of having worked in the following oracle cloud modules as techno functional Global HRMS Payroll ORC Absence Pass I-Expense GL Techno-functional exp ratio Technical 65% Functional 35%
