This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Oracle Apps Techno-Functional Consultant to join a growth focused IT company in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have a sound understanding on oracle apps environment with technical knowledge on RICE components. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Developing, customizing, maintaining and support Oracle applications as per requirement of the business
• Support and troubleshooting of the existing developed applications (Forms, Reports and Interfaces)
• Experience working with Sun Solaris OS
• Good Knowledge of Oracle Apps Standards, Table Structure, Architecture and Databases.
• Gather, understand and map the Client business needs in relation to existing system processes
• Identify, review, prioritize the Client system gaps and propose system workarounds or customization solutions
• Interaction with Customer on Technical Requirements and coordinating with the different client and vendor teams for Oracle DBA and related Infrastructure requirements
• Provide Support on Existing Application and Resolve Support Issues
• Ability to coordinate with vendor and internal teams and achieve timely deliverable
• Meet service level agreements for production support response and resolution.
• Follow documentation, software development methodology, version control and testing, and migration standards.
• Work well in a cooperative environment that fosters knowledge sharing.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• 6-8 years Technical/Functional Skills Oracle Apps Techno-Functional
• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in computer science or Information technology field.
• Must have good hands-on experience using Oracle e-Business 11, R12
• Good experience on PL/SQL programming
• Good Analytical, Technical, Time Management and Communication Skills
• The consultant must have ability to lead the client through the project phases, translating business requirements into system solutions and resolving business issues
• The project involves a mixture of providing business and IT consultancy meaning the person must have good interpersonal, facilitation as well as written and verbal communication skills
• Should be a team player with can do working attitude.
