Position: Lead Functional Consultant (Payroll for Bahrain Expert \xe2\x80\x93 onsite Bahrain)
Location: Baharain (Need someone who has valid visa to work in Baharain )
Contract: 8 Months + possible extension

Roles & Responsibilities
- Should have a total of at least 10+ years IT experience with a minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience on Bahrain payroll
- Oracle cloud HCM expert and will be assigned to implementation/support projects where your domain experience will be use.
- Shape solutions within Oracle Cloud based on key client requirements following Agile methodology.
- Design, and build/configuration of complex requirements in Oracle HCM Cloud
- Conduct design workshops and create workbooks and documentation to support the system design.
- Work with technical streams and provide guidance on integrations, conversions and reports.
- Assist in the identification, assessment and resolution of complex functional issues/problems.
- Co-ordinate between client and offshore team.
- Hands-on experience in writing custom Fast formulas for Payroll
- Experience in client facing and working with multiple stakeholders/Business Teams (HR) teams
- Ability to do requirement gathering and mapping of the requirements with the Cloud product
- Should have done end to end configuration of Payroll module for Bahrain Legislations.
- Must be expert in module-based Fast Formulas in Payroll and Absence.
- Experience in functional design documentation and functional testing including integration testing
- Experience in user acceptance testing support and post Go live support activities
- Understand the business requirements and interpret them to appropriate configurations on Oracle HCM Cloud
