Bachelor's Degree in IT or equivalent
6 - 10 years of experience as a Functional Consultant in a similar environment and 3 - 5 years of expertise in at least 3 - 4 modules across Global HR, Talent Management, Learning Management, Recruitment Cloud, Workforce Compensation and Benefits and HR Help Desk
At least 2 - 3 End to End implementation experience of Oracle Human Capital Management modules
Preferred experience with supporting/managing HR functions such as Benefits, Talent or HR Generalist.
Ability to quickly understand HR and Payroll concepts and apply to technology.
Ability to understand the business requirement and functional specification documents
Ability to produce artefacts such as fit gap documents, configuration documents, test scripts, training documents
Ability to do Fusion Application Configuration, Testing.
Knowledge of application-to-application integration on public cloud, using Oracle Integration cloud or SOA is desirable
Determination, self-motivation, and an eagerness to take on new challenges
Ability to adapt quickly, working in a dynamic business environment
