- Oracle Performance Management
- Oracle Succession Planning
- Oracle Time and Labor
- Oracle iRecruitment.
- Oracle Payroll
- Oracle Learning Management
- Oracle Self Service for HR
Experience you’ll bring to the role:
Knowledge of and competency in Analyze, design, implement, test, deployment and maintenance of business system solutions to solve business requirements using the respective technologies.- Experience in Identifying, documenting and execute aspects.
- Have skills on business requirements gathering to the respective product functionalities and delivering the best practice to the business Process.
- Skilled to investigate system configuration options to provide functional expertise when developing solutions to meet business requirements; develop strategies to use standard functionality to meet business needs whenever possible.
- Competent to collaborate with technical development resources and coordinate work efforts when addressing new functionality enhancements, application updates and performance issues.
- Experience in developing functional documentation and assist documentation assistant in documenting the new process in User guides and Register the same in Production instance.
- Skilled to perform Gap-Fit analysis, impact assessment and risk assessment.
- Experience on data migration projects.
- Follow the industry standard implementation methodology eg AIMS, OUM etc.
- Must possess excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Techno functional experience.
- Very well understanding of Saudi Government Regulations of Civil Service.
- Solid experience in Oracle core HR , Oracle Payroll and Oracle SSHR
- Solid experience of integrating the above products with other applications (like AP integration, AD Integration).
- Solid experience in Oracle AME and Oracle WF
- Arabic speaking and with KSA government Exp preferred
