Key Responsibilities:

Configure and optimize the end-to-end P2P process in Oracle Fusion including Purchasing, Payables, and Self-Service Procurement. Ensure proper mapping with finance and inventory flows, including accruals and receipts accounting. Manage item creation, categories, and templates ensuring standardization and data integrity. Support warehouse operations including inventory transfers, adjustments, and valuation methods Enable supplier registration, sourcing, and performance management. Manage supplier catalogs, agreements (BPA/CPA), and approvals. Collaborate with finance and PPM teams to ensure seamless integration of SCM processes with accounting and project costing. Support intercompany, project-based procurement, and asset capitalization flows. Conduct training sessions for business users across procurement and stores. Prepare SOPs, user guides, and ensure process compliance. Integrate real estate and construction-specific best practices into Oracle Fusion applications to meet compliance and enhance operational excellence. Recommend improvements based on industry benchmarks and evolving trends. Oversee role provisioning and user access within the Oracle ecosystem, ensuring proper governance and compliance with license usage. Ensure a timely and accurate generation of supply chain reports, including KPI reporting for workflows and turnaround time from PR to PO and other key management reports.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Logistics, Commerce, or a related field 5-10 years of experience in Oracle Fusion SCM implementation and post-Go-Live support Experience with master data management and FBDI-based data uploads Oracle SCM Cloud certification is preferred

Pay: Up to AED20,000.00 per month
