Qualifications
Strong hands-on experience in Oracle SCM (Cloud), including Procurement, Inventory Management, Order Management, Service Procurement, Supplier Management, Sourcing In-depth understanding of supply chain processes, including Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, and Demand & Supply Planning. Experience in end-to-end SCM ERP implementations, including requirement gathering, process blueprinting, configuration, testing, data migration, and Go-Live support. Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into scalable ERP solutions. Knowledge of integration points between supply chain modules and other ERP modules such as Finance, HR, and Manufacturing. Experience in reporting, dashboards, and KPIs for supply chain performance and analytics. Strong skills in data analysis, SQL, BI reporting tools (OTBI, OBIEE, BOBJ), and Excel-based analytics. Ability to conduct workshops, end-user training, and prepare functional documentation. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills. Experience in post-implementation support, issue resolution, and continuous process improvement. Awareness of project management methodologies, ERP governance, and compliance requirements. * Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
