Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Techno-Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Procurement and supply chain modules providing technical and functional expertise in implementing configuring and optimizing procurement and supply chain processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Strong hands-on experience in Oracle SCM (Cloud), including Procurement, Inventory Management, Order Management, Service Procurement, Supplier Management, Sourcing In-depth understanding of supply chain processes, including Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, and Demand & Supply Planning. Experience in end-to-end SCM ERP implementations, including requirement gathering, process blueprinting, configuration, testing, data migration, and Go-Live support. Oracle SCM Cloud Implementation & Support - Lead and participate in end-to-end Oracle SCM Cloud implementations including Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, Supplier Management, Cost Accounting and Sourcing. Gather business requirements, design process blueprints, configure Oracle SCM modules, and support testing and go-live activities. Supply Chain Process Expertise - Conduct fit-gap analysis, define business processes and recommend Oracle best practices. Provide scalable ERP solutions that align with business goals and industry best practices. Analyze and optimize supply chain processes such as Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Inventory and Warehouse Management, and Demand & Supply Planning. Integration & Cross-Functional Collaboration - Lead and support the end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion Procurement and supply chain modules including integrations with other Fusion modules (AP AR etc.) Ensure seamless integration between SCM modules and other ERP modules like Finance, HR, and Manufacturing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support enterprise-wide ERP initiatives. Collaborate with technical teams to design and test reports interfaces extensions and workflows. Troubleshoot system issues perform root cause analysis and recommend solutions. Reporting & Analytics - Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and reports using tools like OTBI, OBIEE, BOBJ, and Excel. Documentation & Training - Prepare functional documentation including process flows, configuration guides, and user manuals. Conduct workshops and end-user training sessions to ensure successful adoption of SCM solutions. Provide training and knowledge transfer to business users and support teams. Post-Implementation Support - Support post-go-live stabilization issue resolution and continuous improvement initiatives. Perform data analysis to support decision-making and improve supply chain performance. Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and user experience. Governance & Compliance - Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, ERP governance frameworks, and compliance requirements. Stay updated with Oracle SCM Cloud updates and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions.
