The ideal candidate will have a strong functional understanding of core financial modules and proven expertise in driving end-to-end solution design, configuration, and integration for enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and participate in the implementation of
Oracle Fusion Financials modules
including
General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Cash Management (CM), Fixed Assets (FA), and Expense Management
.
Gather, analyze, and document
business requirements
and map them to Oracle Fusion Financials functionalities.
Conduct
fit-gap analysis
, solution design workshops, and provide functional recommendations aligned with best practices.
Configure and test Oracle Fusion Financials modules to meet business requirements.
Support
data migration
,
interface design
, and
reporting
requirements using OTBI, BI Publisher, and FRS.
Collaborate with
technical teams
for customizations, integrations, and extensions.
Provide
post-implementation support
, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution.
Conduct
end-user training
and create detailed
functional documentation
(BR100, MD50, Test Scripts, etc.).
Work closely with stakeholders to ensure smooth rollout and adoption of the solution.
Stay updated with new Oracle Fusion releases and assess impacts on existing implementations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
8+ years
of total experience with at least
4+ years in Oracle Fusion Financials
(Cloud) and remaining in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) or similar ERP systems.
Strong functional expertise in
GL, AP, AR, FA, CM
, and
Subledger Accounting (SLA)
.
Hands-on experience in
Oracle Fusion configurations

financial reporting

period closing activities
.
Experience with
end-to-end implementations
