Expertise in implementing modules like Fusion HCM Cloud Core HR, HCM Cloud Payroll, HCM Cloud Time & Labor, HCM Cloud Absence Management, HCM Cloud Benefits, and Oracle HCM HR Data Loader (HDL) and HSDL and PBL

Execute troubleshooting and Bug-fixing of HCM Cloud Applications including data conversions, integrations, and reports using Oracle HCM Cloud technologies

Helps business with fast formula and groovy scripting for HCM Cloud Applications managing the developers, customer resources, partners, and offshore teams as applicable

Provides functional application guidance to business regarding \xe2\x80\x9cleading practices\xe2\x80\x9d and the functionality of the software modules through all phases of an implementation

Assist with several applications/ tools like HCM Cloud Core HR, HCM Cloud Payroll, HCM Cloud Time & Labor, HCM Cloud Absence Management, HCM Cloud Benefits, and Oracle HCM HR Data Loader (HDL) and HSDL and PBL

Testing and documenting all code changes which includes unit testing, component integration testing, system integration testing, performance testing, capacity testing and quality reviews
