With generation Z as our focus customers segment and innovation embedded in our DNA, we are looking for FLEXCUBE Technical Support developer to join our team. This role will be responsible for delivering the Techno-functional support services for the Oracle FLEXCUBE Core Banking Application.
Implementation/parameterization, development, Integration and Unit Testing Support of Oracle Flexcube Product and related interfaces/APIs- Must have knowledge on main Flexcube modules like: Core, CASA(Current Accounts and savings), Data Entry (DE), OBPM (Oracle Banking Payments), Interest and Charges (IC), ELCM, Loans, etc.
- Must have knowledge on implementation and support for Core banking Proxy APIs.
- Coordinate with Development, Support teams and Oracle Support for deployment in production and test environments for various technical deliverables including Customization Deliveries, Oracle Patchsets, fixes etc.
- Analysing and providing production support covering both technical and functional domains of ORACLE FLEXCUBE Core Banking suite of products.
- Previous Banking experience and coordination with Support/Development teams to provide the resolution for production incidents and troubleshooting/ root cause analysis.
- Developing reports (BI Publisher) as per business requirements
- Working knowledge of Oracle development tools, WebLogic server deployments, Oracle Database
- Guide the business users on any configuration issues related to the application
- Support and Follow up of EOD process
- Might be required to provide support during non-business hours.
Skills and Experience - Should have hands-on Implementation and/or production support experience with Oracle Flexcube UBS
- Oracle DB, Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, Java, Javascript, XML;
- Experience in Deployments, Backup/Restore Operations
- Oracle PLSQL, Java, Oracle 11G, 12C, App Servers- Oracle WebLogic, Oracle BI Publisher
- Functional knowledge of Banking systems.
- Experience on development and implementation of Interfaces, Batch operations, Troubleshooting and resolution of issues encountered in Testing cycles, Payment systems and preferably in SWIFT/SEPA.
