Oracle Database Administrator (DBA)
to join our team. If you're passionate about managing mission-critical databases, optimizing performance, and ensuring data integrity and availability, we'd love to hear from you.Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and upgrade Oracle databases (11g/12c/19c) Perform database tuning, backups, and recovery Monitor database health and performance using tools like OEM, AWR, and ADDM Implement security measures and ensure data integrity Manage data replication, partitioning, and high availability configurations (RAC, Data Guard) Collaborate with developers and system administrators to optimize applications Plan and execute database migrations and patching
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Oracle DBA in production environments
Valid Oracle Certification (OCP/OCM)
Strong knowledge of Oracle architecture, PL/SQL, RMAN, and performance tuning Experience with Oracle RAC, ASM, and Data Guard Familiarity with Unix/Linux environments and shell scripting Good understanding of ITIL practices and change management
Nice to Have:
Experience with Oracle Cloud (OCI) Exposure to other RDBMS (MySQL, SQL Server)
Client Requirement: Non Arabic Speaking candidates (Indians Preffered). Please note this is a client specific requirement.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
