We are seeking a dynamic and experienced

Retail Store Manager

to lead our optical retail store in

Sharjah

. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in the

eyewear/optical industry

, strong leadership abilities, and excellent customer service skills. Fluency in

Hindi

is required to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the eyewear retail store. Manage and lead the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets. Ensure exceptional customer service and a premium shopping experience. Monitor inventory levels, product displays, and stock replenishment. Train and motivate staff on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer engagement. Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales support. Prepare sales reports and provide insights to management. Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and visual merchandising guidelines.

Requirements:

Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Store Manager in the

eyewear/optical retail industry

. Strong knowledge of eyewear brands, optical lenses, and related products. Fluency in

Hindi

(English/Arabic is a plus). Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Ability to multitask, manage staff schedules, and handle operations efficiently.

Pay: Up to AED6,000.00 per month
