Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Support the store manager in planning and directing daily store operations to achieve sales and profitability targets
• Monitor sales performance, conduct category meetings, and recommend improvement strategies
• Execute promotional programs, monitor effectiveness, and provide feedback on results
• Implement expense control measures and ensure shrinkage remains within tolerance levels
• Ensure timely restocking, accurate inventory adjustments, and proper merchandising displays
• Handle customer queries and complaints with professionalism, promoting loyalty programs and conversion strategies
• Maintain compliance with SOPs, brand standards, grooming guidelines, and internal controls
• Support cash handling, banking, refunds, and documentation accuracy
• Supervise store controllable expenses, asset protection, risk management, and inventory control
• Liaise with mall management and ensure smooth store-level operations
• Guide and monitor team development, performance appraisals, and personal growth plans
• Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and build a positive team culture

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail operations and team management, preferably in the beauty sector
• Strong knowledge of the beauty industry and current market trends
• Proficiency in retail operations, including stock management, VM, cash handling, and systems
• Customer-focused, results-driven, and skilled in relationship building
• High integrity, adaptability, and ability to manage ambiguity
• Strong team spirit with proactive initiative and leadership abilities
