Wellfit gym is the largest indoor health and fitness club in Dubai, boasting world-class facilities and amenities. We are looking for Sales Manager for Wellfit - Madar. PURPOSE OF THE ROLE Lead our dynamic team of Sale Executives in growing new business and increasing the retention of the existing one. Ensure the team master the end-to-end process of Sales, from nurturing leads, advancing them to hot prospects and converting them to sales. Perfect the technique of calling leads and persuade them to visit the club. Have a good understanding of Marketing best practices in generating leads \xe2\x80\x93 both Digital and Offline Marketing. Utilize BI/CRM tools for recording the whole sales progress and accurately forecasting the sales outcomes to be reported to the business. Able to work in a multicultural team environment and carry the mindset of team progress and growth. Not getting intimidated continuously running after goals and sales targets. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES PROCESS & CORE TASKS Driving Volume and Financial Targets. Plan the Lead generation via marketing activation with Marketing Team and Digital Manager. Manage the Lead pipeline \xe2\x80\x93 guiding the team when calling, cleaning, advancing and qualifying. Evaluating Digital and (non- Digital) Lead progress: Being the key account manager of a specific assigned customer database Create and organize the inbound and outbound Calling pipeline. ADMIN TASKS Handling Reports and Presenting to the General Manager Team Management Meeting with GM and CCO for Sales Targets and Activation Set-up and Progress Updating the Pipeline Forecast for Acquisition and Retention Reporting the sales progress and suggesting adjustments against volume and financial targets Presenting the progress to the GM on a daily basis. QUALIFICATION Perfect command of English Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in any Arts & Sciences major 5+ years working in Sales and Customer Experience roles \xe2\x80\x93 at least 2 years in Fitness/Wellness industry. SKILLS Excellent in man-management and motivating teams Excellent negotiation and cross selling acumen Fully understand the commercial role and value of Marketing on Sales and Sales on Marketing. Soft knowledge and command of Digital Marketing and Social Media Management. Strong ability to reflect the brand values and become the ultimate brand ambassador Working against targets that define actual remuneration being native to the working ethics and personality. Being completely transparent and factual when it comes to \xe2\x80\x9cpromising\xe2\x80\x9d sales figures. Having a passion to solve issues (not naming them), share knowledge and learn. Amplify and endorse team-work \xe2\x80\x93 but at the same time apprehend and accommodate the legitimate needs and peculiarities of every individual personality. Being praise in moments of success, while sober and inspiring in moments of downturn. Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
