Location: Taif We're looking for Dedicated professionals who can carry out Typhoon aircraft supply chain activities in the following roles: Physical Logistics Specialist To provide specialist knowledge in the areas of receipt and dispatch, warehousing, distribution and logistics planning. Be able to process map, model and continuously improve the logistics service. To provide experience and direction on the resolution of queries/issues through interface with other teams/organisations. Desired Experience: In depth knowledge of the workings of a warehouse / logistics operation and the importance of regulation and compliance with procedures in a safety critical environment. Excellent planning and expediting knowledge and skills and can demonstrate good experience of using asset tracking / warehouse and planning systems. Knowledge of BAE Systems Saudi Arabia / customer and supplier logistics and Release to Service (RTS) documentation. Excellent relationship building and problem solving skills. Required Experience: Advanced IT literacy skills and knowledge of asset tracking systems. Physical Logistics Team Leader The operational short to medium term coordination and supervision of safe receipt, storage, pick, pack, dispatch and transportation activities in order to deliver customer requirements within timescales set. Also supervises and coordinates the planning of logistics activity and the resolution of queries/issues through interface with other teams/organisations. Ensure motivation and effective utilisation of workforce, adherence to SHE, Quality and other internal and external regulations. Desired Experience: Requires in depth knowledge of the workings of a warehouse / logistics operation and the importance of compliance with the MRP Part 145 regulations. Requires excellent planning and expediting knowledge and skills and can demonstrate good experience of using asset tracking / warehouse and planning systems. Knowledge of BAES / customer and supplier logistics and Release to Service (RTS) documentation. Requires excellent relationship building and problem solving skills. Requires team leader knowledge, team leadership, budget control, planning, performance management and reporting Required Experience: Good IT literacy skills and in depth knowledge of asset tracking systems. Demand Management Specialist To provide specialist knowledge in the areas of delivery of demands including generation, receipt, validation, prioritisation, solution, process and progression of demand through the system to achieve contractual requirements. This includes all tooling and equipment necessary. Also experienced on the resolution of issues and priority parts including alternative parts/solutions via integrated functional solutions. Uses information and applies a level of analysis to aid demand management and achieve contractual requirements. Required Experience: Recent in-depth experience within a Supply Chain Demand Management role in support of Maintenance /after sales market environments. Demand Management Team Leader Responsible for the day-to-day coordination and supervision of the Demand Management team in order to ensure all inventory/asset demands including generation, receipt, validation, prioritisation, solution, process and progression achieve contractual requirements within timescales and budgets set. Ensure allocated resource has appropriate skills, is motivated and effective and at all times comply with SHE, Quality and other internal and external regulations. Required Experience: Recent extensive experience within a Supply Chain Demand Management role in support of Maintenance /after sales market environments. Recent proven experience as a Team Leader in a supply chain role. Inventory Forecasting Planning Specialist To provide specialist knowledge in the area of demand analysis, forecasting, planning and optimisation of inventory, supporting the resolution of queries/issues through interface with other teams/organisations. Forecasting of parts usage to ensure the supply chain maintains appropriate levels of repairable and consumable assets to meet required performance levels, manage spend against budget and forecasting forward spend predictions, maintain and run Inventory Forecasting system(s) and reporting. Required Experience: Recent in-depth experience within a Supply Chain IF&P role in support of Maintenance /after sales market environments. Supply Chain Requirements: Must have completed a recognised military or civilian aircraft logistics qualifications, or have membership of an appropriate professional body, or have relevant experience, which includes theoretical, practical and on-the-job training, ideally with extensive experience. Be able to work with minimum supervision in compliance with a mandated operational framework and timescales within in a multi-disciplined environment. Possess demonstrable strong communication and interpersonal skills and have the ability to prioritise tasks and meet tight deadlines. Have proven experience of communicating with customers, suppliers and partners.
