We are looking for qualified and motivated candidate for the role of Senior Supply Chain Analyst based in Bulgaria (Sofia).
Primary purpose of the position
The role of the Supply Chain Analyst is to oversee supply related topics down to dedicated manufacturing sites and maintain strong business relationships. The team mainly focuses on supply performance from manufacturing sites and supporting internal stakeholders. Contributes to process improvements, resolves complex problems using existing solutions, requires in-depth knowledge and experience, works independently and acts as a resource for information.
This role focus areas will be
Secure continued flow of goods through the supply chain from order reception to invoicing
Attend to daily service request of various kinds from both customers and manufacturing sites
Execute on the Order to cash activities required in line with ERP system.
Support on preparation S&OP & business review meetings with customers
Be proactive and alert to potential issues or constrains in the life cycle of an order
Share regular updates about the supply status of specific supplier
Monitor progress of different projects and remove Supply roadblocks
Manage internal information flow regarding orders and products
Monitor continuous improvement opportunities with focus on Lean methodology
Data and information gathering and sharing with internal teams in a timely manner.
Review demand and proactively find Polling partners
Communication with local manufacturing team regarding regulatory affairs issues
Partner with the CMSO team to support performance management, and the ongoing relationship with the manufacturing sites.
Manage the Local to Local external manufacturing supply relationship and Order to cash.
Main Requirements
University Degree
Minimum 3 years in Supply Chain planning, preferably in B2B
Strong knowledge in Excel
Strong interpersonal skills
Processes and solution orientated
Ability to work independently
Previous experience in project management is preferred
Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure
Ability to manage complex projects
To be precise, disciplined, independent and proactive
Excellent skills in both written and spoken English
