Job Title: Operation\'s Support Officer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a full-time Operation\'s Support Officer to join our team. You will be responsible for CEO and COO Assistant.

The Operations Director is a leading specialist of the Company\'s Operations Office. Irregular, urgent tasks are performed so that they do not affect regular processes and projects. He is fluent in office programs, he is proficient in graphic editors for presentations such as Powerpoint, Google presentations, Keynote. He is good at schematization and development programs, such as Miro and other Mind mappings. Able to accept and clarify the conditions of the task and perform them efficiently quickly.

Responsibilities:

• Acceptance/fixation/prioritization of urgent tasks;
• Keeping a calendar;
• Compilation of letters and texts in Russian and English;
• Collection/Labeling/Storage and extraction upon request of documents;
• Control and notification of accepted tasks;
• Fulfillment of tasks and orders from the head;
