BUSINESS SUPPORT OFFICER

About Operations
Operations deliver quality systems and services to customers adhering to strict timelines and ensuring value for money and continual service improvement. Operations supports the day to day running of Kirintec providing close support to manufacturers, customers, and all internal departments. Operations provides production support, project management and core operational functions to ensure that systems and services are delivered to customers on time, to budget and with zero defects. Whilst operations have distinct service pillars offering different services there is a 'one team' concept to ensure that everyone is supported, workloads are balanced and that the team is valued and developed.
Main duties of the position
The primary roles are to support Kirintec business functions with the management of ISO certifications, logistical support, export compliance and IT infrastructure management & cyber compliance with 3rdparty suppliers. This is a hands-on role.
Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Business Assurance Manager (BAM) with:
  • Collection, analysis and reporting of ISO data
  • Preparation of logistic and export paperwork
  • Support Operations and the Help Desk Manager (HDM) with:
  • Automation of reports and returns using SharePoint and PowerBI
  • Provide IT assistance to Kirintec users acting as interface between Kirintec and our 3rdparty IT provider
  • Monitor and report IT user statistics to identify potential issues
  • Support Technical Support and the Customer Help Desk (CDM) with:
  • Setting up customer IT accounts
  • Provide remote support and assistance to users of Kirintec systems
  • Deploy to customer locations worldwide to support training and installation activities
  • Conduct Reliability, Availability and Maintainability analysis producing reports
  • Support the Programme & Supply Chain Manager (PSCM) with:
  • Review and release of Bills of Materials (BoMs)
  • Analysis of market to ensure materials are purchased at fair market value
  • Collation and reporting of project data

Employment Terms
Kirintec employ a standard 5 day working week Monday to Friday. The main working location will be Kirintec offices in Jumeriah Lakes Towers (Cluster F). Any remote working from home will be authorised on a case by case basis with the Functional Area Line Manager. Remote working will be facilitated with IT.
