Job Description
Assign and Follow-up with the drivers for bookings. Ensures that all chauffeurs and transfers are performed perfectly. (No tardiness, no missed bookings, and no complaints). Monitors if the guests are picked and dropped by the drivers using the Tracking System. Prepares operational reports/schedules and maintains accurate daily records of operations. Provides complete and accurate client details to the drivers. Prepares Cash transfer reports and other reports required by the management. Provides correct quotation (transfer and Chauffeurs) for every query. Able to handle client complaints and investigates the events. Coordinates with the Sales Team for the availabilities of drivers. Ensures drivers are performing assigned duties correctly and safely and that they meet all job-related specifications Key Skills and Qualifications: Should be knowledgeable to UAE locations. Having at least 1 year of experience in transportation-related industries or limousine companies. Able to do customer service. Able to do multi-task and can work under pressure. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Flexible in terms of Duty timings. Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
