• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree (Minimum 03 years of university studies); or, Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree; or, Diploma in Engineering
• ISO/IEC 17065 requirements, familiarity with the technical details involved in certification
• 1 year experience minimum with bachelor\'s degree
• 3 years experience minimum with Diploma degree
• Excellent Email Etiquette (Required)
• Multi-tasking ability is a must (Required)
• Experience with MS Office applications (Required)

Salary:
AED 3,000 to AED 5,000 Responsibilities:

• Managing operational responsibilities under the direction of Operations Manager and offering end to end business support to our global clients for importing products to Saudi Arabia.
• Receive the applications and make its admissibility in Application Form.
• Handle operations on the SABER portal.
• Coordinate with clients for missing documents based on pre-review of received documents for certification activity.
• Follow the certification client\xe2\x80\x99s files and keep informed Operations Manager.
• Follow billing of certification files, under the supervision of Operations Manager.
• Update the clients about the new rules related to certification.
• Assist Operations Manager to prepare annual and quarterly reports of the Certification Unit.
• Perform verification of shipment requests as per the commercial invoice received.
• Handling logistical responsibilities, including coordination with client for sample receipt, sample pickup by laboratory and arranging sample back from laboratory, if required.
