This role is critical in ensuring that our cleaning teams are performing at high standards and meeting client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily cleaning operations across client sites
Schedule and dispatch cleaning staff based on client requirements and location
Monitor team performance and conduct regular site visits and inspections
Ensure cleaning quality and service standards are consistently met
Train new staff on cleaning protocols, safety guidelines, and client service expectations
Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
Act as a point of contact between clients and cleaning teams
Resolve customer complaints and address service-related issues promptly
Maintain accurate operational records, logs, and reports
Ensure staff adhere to health and safety regulations at all times
Support recruitment and onboarding of new cleaning staff
Requirements:
Proven experience in an operational or supervisory role in the cleaning or facilities industry (minimum 2-4 years)
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of cleaning methods, products, and equipment
Familiarity with UAE labor and safety regulations
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Fluent in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus)
Valid UAE driving license is
highly preferred
