We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the smooth functioning of school operations. The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a School Operations Manager, Facilities Manager, or Health & Safety Officer and be ready for immediate joining by November 13.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily school operations including administration, facilities, and student services.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations.
Manage maintenance, repairs, and facilities management tasks.
Coordinate with teachers, staff, and external vendors for smooth school operations.
Monitor budgets, expenses, and resource utilization.
Implement and enforce school policies and standard operating procedures.
Support senior management in planning and executing operational improvements.
Prepare reports on operational performance, incidents, and maintenance schedules.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a School Operations Manager, Facilities Manager, or Health & Safety Officer.
Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Knowledge of school administration systems and facilities management.
Available for start on November 13.
