? What will your mission be?

• Lead day-to-day operations to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery of inspection and testing services aligned with client and industry standards.
• Manage key client relationships across major EPC contractors, operators, and vendors, ensuring long-term satisfaction and collaboration.
• Develop and implement strategies to meet performance objectives, KPIs, and quality benchmarks.
• Oversee team performance, allocate resources, and manage schedules to maximize operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 17020, HSE regulations, and client-specific requirements.
• Own the P&L, create budgets and forecasts, and report on financial and operational performance.
• Lead the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, ensuring alignment with client needs and OCA Global's positioning.
• Support business development efforts, including tenders and market expansion strategies.

? What will help you succeed in this role?

• Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field. Mechanical/Industrial Engineering preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in operations or management roles within TIC services for the oil & gas industry in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of vendor inspection, QA/QC processes, and standards (ASME, API, AWS, ISO
• Demonstrated financial acumen: budgeting, cost control, and P&L ownership.
• Proven experience in leading teams and managing complex projects.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English is essential (Arabic is a plus).
• Valid UAE driving license preferred.
