Operations Manager Swimming Pool & Landscapes
Job Description
An organized and experienced Operations Manager with a background in swimming pool construction and landscape design-build
What You'll Do:
Manage daily operations, including project planning and scheduling
Lead and guide project managers, supervisors, and technicians
Ensure all work meets safety and industry standards
Coordinate with clients, vendors, and subcontractors
Suggest improvements and help with financial decisions
Track project progress and report using KPIs and other tools
What We're Looking For:
5+ years' experience in swimming pool construction, landscaping, or similar fields
Strong leadership and project management skills
Knowledge of swimming pool and landscape design
Good problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Degree in construction management, landscape architecture, or related field is a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
