We are seeking a Landscape Project Manager with extensive experience in both swimming pool projects and luxury villas. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing high-end residential projects, with expertise in overseeing the design and construction of both landscapes and pools.
Responsibilities:
Project Management: Lead and manage projects involving swimming pools and luxury villa landscapes, including planning, budgeting, and scheduling.
Design Collaboration: Work closely with designers and clients to develop and refine project concepts that meet client expectations.
Construction Oversight: Oversee all aspects of landscape and swimming pool construction, ensuring top-quality results.
Client Communication: Serve as the primary contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and maintaining strong relationships.
Team Coordination: Supervise and coordinate the work of crews, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient project execution.
Qualifications:
Minimum 10 years of experience managing projects for swimming pools and luxury villas in Dubai.
Strong knowledge of pool construction, landscape design, and project management.
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, or a related field is preferred.
