Job Overview:



We are looking for a seasoned Operations Manager with a wealth of experience and a strategic mindset to manage and optimize all aspects of our facilities operations. This role demands a proactive leader capable of identifying and resolving issues autonomously, ensuring seamless operations, and driving continuous improvement across all facilities-related functions.

Key Responsibilities:



Strategic Leadership:

Develop and implement comprehensive facilities management strategies aligned with the company's objectives. Drive business development initiatives to expand our client base and increase revenue streams.

Operational Excellence:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of all facilities, ensuring efficiency, safety, and high standards of service delivery. Implement and monitor maintenance schedules, ensuring all facilities and equipment are in optimal working condition.

Issue Resolution:

Act as the primary point of contact for all facilities-related issues and emergencies, providing timely and effective solutions. Analyze and troubleshoot complex problems, using your expertise to minimize disruption and maintain operational continuity.

Business Development & Client Management:

Identify new business opportunities, forge strong client relationships, and negotiate contracts to secure new projects. Ensure client satisfaction through excellent service delivery and responsive management.

Resource Management:

Manage and optimize the use of resources, including manpower, budget, and materials, to achieve operational goals. Lead, mentor, and develop the facilities team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Compliance & Safety:

Ensure all operations comply with local regulations and industry standards, particularly in health, safety, and environmental practices. Regularly review and update safety protocols to mitigate risks and ensure a safe working environment.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement:

Stay updated on industry trends and innovations, incorporating new technologies and practices to enhance service delivery. Lead initiatives for continuous improvement, optimizing processes and systems to achieve greater efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Qualifications & Skills:



Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities management with a strong focus on operations, maintenance, and business development. Proven ability to resolve complex issues and manage emergencies effectively. Strong business acumen with a successful track record in client acquisition and revenue growth. Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills. In-depth knowledge of both hard services (technical) and soft services (cleaning, security, etc.). Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED1.00 per month
