Responsibilities:
Oversee daily cleaning operations and staff performance
Manage manpower planning, schedules, and site supervision
Ensure high-quality cleaning standards and client satisfaction
Handle inspections, reporting, and inventory control
Coordinate with clients and internal departments for smooth operations
Train and motivate cleaning staff for improved performance
Requirements:
Minimum
5-6 years of total experience
, including
2-3 years in a managerial role
in the UAE
Strong background in
soft services / facility management
Excellent
communication, leadership, and organizational
skills
Valid UAE driving license
Immediate joiners preferred
(Cancelled visa / notice period candidates who can join within 1 week)
