Operations Manager Soft Services
Job Description
Responsible for developing and implementing strategies to ensure that all operations run efficiently to meet the organization's goals
Responsible for managing the operational budget, including forecasting and allocating resources as required, to meet business goals.
Ensures that all operations comply with relevant laws and regulations and company policies and procedures.
Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure that all products and services are of high quality
Responsible for fostering a culture of continuous improvement and encouraging innovation and creativity to increase growth, profitability and customer satisfaction
Overseeing multiple operational projects simultaneously to ensure that employees complete them on time, within budget and to the desired level of quality*
Identifying and mitigating operational risks, ensuring that the organization can function effectively and overcome unexpected challenge*
Leading and motivating cross-functional teams, setting clear expectations and holding individuals accountable for results*
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in operations management, business administration or a related field and preferably a master's degree*
Over 10 years of experience in operations management in a
Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing operational strategies that align with organizational objectives*
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders*
Demonstrated experience in financial management, budgeting and analysis*
Strong leadership and team management skills to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams*
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to gather, analyze and interpret data to make informed decisions*
Requirements:
Car with a valid UAE driving license
Mandatory to have experience in Facility Management company in UAE
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED13,000.00 per month
