Position Overview
Majid Al Futtaim Entertainment is seeking an Operations Manager to lead daily operations at the Snow Dome. The role ensures operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and compliance with safety standards while driving business performance and long-term growth.

What You'll Do

• Develop, implement, and enforce SOPs in line with UAE laws and safety protocols
• Conduct audits, manage risks, and ensure strict compliance with safety and operational standards
• Oversee staffing, supervise Duty Managers, and ensure smooth daily operations
• Deliver a world-class guest experience, resolving escalated issues and improving service based on feedback
• Identify opportunities to increase revenue and optimize KPIs such as revenue per guest and transaction value
• Collaborate with Finance, Marketing, and Events teams to support promotions and seasonal activations
• Lead and motivate teams through performance reviews, training, and morale-building initiatives
• Produce operational reports, analyze data, and provide strategic recommendations for long-term success

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred
• Minimum 2-3 years of operations management experience in hospitality, entertainment, or customer-focused industries
• Proven ability to manage audits, enforce SOPs, and lead multicultural teams
• Energetic, process-driven, and people-focused leader with strong problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments
