With your background in apparel, shoes, fashion, or laundry services, you will bring valuable expertise to our team and help us drive continued growth and success. **Responsibilities:** - Manage and coordinate all operational activities, including repair and restoration processes, inventory management, and customer service. - Supervise and train staff to ensure adherence to company standards and procedures. - Develop and implement strategies to optimize workflow, improve efficiency, and reduce costs. - Monitor quality control processes to ensure the highest standards of craftsmanship are maintained. - Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and implement promotional campaigns and initiatives. - Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other business partners. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and recommend innovative solutions to enhance our services. - Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on operational performance, key metrics, and areas for improvement. **Requirements:** -Minimum of 4 year experience in a similar business. - Proven track record of success in managing complex operational processes and teams. - Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members. - Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - Knowledge of bag and shoe repair techniques and materials is a MUST. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
