**Position:** Operations Manager - Bag & Shoe Restoration and Repair Business **Location:** Dubai Are you an experienced operations professional with a background in apparel, shoes, fashion, or laundry services? Our team of skilled artisans and technicians are dedicated to restoring bags and shoes to their former glory, helping our customers look and feel their best. ** :** As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our bag and shoe restoration and repair business. You will play a key role in managing day-to-day operations, ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency are maintained. Not to mention Timely delivery. With your background in apparel, shoes, fashion, or laundry services, you will bring valuable expertise to our team and help us drive continued growth and success. **Responsibilities:** - Manage and coordinate all operational activities, including repair and restoration processes, inventory management, and customer service. - Supervise and train staff to ensure adherence to company standards and procedures. - Develop and implement strategies to optimize workflow, improve efficiency, and reduce costs. - Monitor quality control processes to ensure the highest standards of craftsmanship are maintained. - Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and implement promotional campaigns and initiatives. - Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other business partners. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and recommend innovative solutions to enhance our services. - Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on operational performance, key metrics, and areas for improvement. **Requirements:** -Minimum of 4 year experience in a similar business. - Proven track record of success in managing complex operational processes and teams. - Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members. - Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - Knowledge of bag and shoe repair techniques and materials is a MUST. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications. Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months Salary: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month Experience:
