Job Description

Walara Real estate is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and experienced Operations Manager to become the central part of our operations. Reporting directly to the Director, you will have full ownership of the administrative, contractual, and financial processes that drive our business.

The ideal candidate is a natural leader with a deep understanding of the real estate market, who will be the go-to person in the office.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, train, and manage the sales to achieve company sales objectives.*
Oversee the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to project handover. Coordinate with the Dubai Land Department (DLD) for property registrations, Contract issuance, and title deeds. Handle land and unit registration processes and ensure compliance with all real estate laws and regulations. Monitor and track sales performance metrics, preparing regular management reports. Collaborate with finance, legal, and marketing teams to streamline sales operations. Ensure all documentation, contracts, and payments are accurately processed and filed. Support the sales team with administrative assistance, policy implementation, and client follow-ups. Identify process gaps and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications & Experience

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory operational role within the real estate industry is essential. Possess knowledge and understanding of the real estate processes, RERA regulations, etc. Proven experience leading a team. You are a confident manager who can motivate others. Attention to detail and ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluent in English is mandatory.

Must posses knowledge on Real estate IT products and service sales.*
