Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented

Operations Manager

with proven experience in the

real estate development sector

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for streamlining daily operations, coordinating cross-functional departments, and ensuring effective communication with internal stakeholders to support project success and organizational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the operational activities of ongoing and upcoming real estate projects. Coordinate with internal departments including Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, HR, Procurement, and Project Management to ensure smooth workflow. Develop, implement, and optimize standard operating procedures across departments. Act as a central point of contact for internal communications and ensure alignment of department objectives with company goals. Monitor project timelines, resources, and budgets, and flag potential delays or issues for resolution. Support senior management in planning, reporting, and execution of strategic initiatives. Identify operational gaps and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and performance. Assist with vendor and service provider coordination where needed. Maintain and manage compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and contractual obligations.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (MBA is a plus). 3-5 years of experience in operations within a

real estate development company

. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise effectively with internal departments and senior management. Proficiency in MS Office Suite; experience with project management tools is a plus. Highly organized, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
