One of our client is a leading Real Estate Developer in the UAE.

They have asked us to headhunt a strategic role of Senior Marketing Manager/ GM marketing - Projects to be positioned in Dubai

The right candidate will lead the strategic planning and execution of marketing initiatives for new real estate developments in the UAE and international markets. This role demands a seasoned marketing professional with deep expertise in integrated marketing, brand strategy, and campaign execution.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting compelling marketing plans from the ground up to launch mega projects, attract investors and customers, and engage brokers and channel partners.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Execution

Develop and deliver integrated marketing strategies for new project launches. Lead 360 campaigns across print, digital, outdoor, PR, and events. Align all marketing initiatives with brand and business objectives.

Project Launch Management

Drive end-to-end marketing for major project launches. Ensure timely execution, compliance, and campaign optimization.

Team Leadership

Lead and mentor the marketing team to achieve creative and performance excellence.

Channel Partner Marketing

Build engagement through targeted programs, roadshows, and promotional events.

Events & Activations

Oversee high-impact launch events and brand activations that reinforce premium positioning.

Budget & Performance

Manage marketing budgets and track key KPIs including reach, engagement, and conversions.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED25,000.00 - AED35,000.00 per month
