Job Description

We are seeking an

Experienced Operations Manager

to oversee and optimize the day-to-day operations of our growing real estate brokerage in Dubai.

This is a hands-on leadership role focused on efficiency, compliance, and team performance growth while ensuring full compliance with Dubai real estate regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Listings & Lead Management

Ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance of property listings across all portals Supervise CRM usage, lead distribution, and database management Coordinate with marketing to improve listing visibility and lead quality

Property Management Oversight

Oversee tenant relations, lease renewals, maintenance, and handovers Ensure full compliance with RERA regulations, Ejari, and tenancy laws Manage relationships with landlords, tenants, and service providers

Team Recruitment & Performance

Recruit, onboard, and manage sales agents Set KPIs, monitor performance, and drive productivity Support training, coaching, and retention of high-performing team members

Operational Leadership

Implement efficient systems, workflows, and internal processes Coordinate between sales, marketing, listings, accounts, and property management Reduce operational bottlenecks and improve turnaround times

Reporting & Analysis

Prepare regular reports on listings, leads, sales, and property management Identify challenges and recommend operational improvements

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field. 2-3 years' experience in real estate operations or leadership. Strong knowledge of Dubai real estate regulations and CRM systems. Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
