Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end operations for MEP works including design review, procurement, execution, testing & commissioning. Supervise and coordinate MEP teams across projects ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines. Interface with clients, consultants, and other project stakeholders to ensure technical compliance and client satisfaction. Review engineering designs and provide technical guidance to resolve site issues. Ensure adherence to local codes, authority requirements (DEWA, SEWA, FEWA, DM, etc.), and quality standards. Lead planning of manpower, materials, and equipment to optimize efficiency. Implement HSE practices across all MEP operations and ensure a safe working environment. Drive continuous improvement, training, and development initiatives within the MEP team.
Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. Minimum 15-20 years of experience in MEP project execution, with 5+ years in a senior management or operations role. Strong understanding of MEP systems, authority regulations, and project coordination. Experience working with high-rise buildings, commercial, or infrastructure projects in the UAE. Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and project management skills. Knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and other relevant software tools.
