What You'll be Doing
Monitor operational KPIs and regularly report on key metrics to management.
Prepare monthly regulatory reports.
Work closely with customer support and content teams to continuously improve our support services.
Identify and manage initiatives to improve operational processes. Collaborate with key stakeholders across business units to drive operational excellence and enhance service quality.
Lead a team of operations associates, providing guidance, mentoring, and support to achieve targets.
What We Look For In You
5+ years operational, customer support, or compliance experience, ideally in a crypto or fintech company
Experience in creating operational systems and processes
Ability to analyze large sets of data
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Fluency in English and Arabic language
