Operations Manager – Maintenance Services

Job Description
The Operations Manager plays a critical role in coordinating services, managing teams, maintaining high service standards, and developing strong relationships with clients. In addition to overseeing scheduling and logistics, this person will also be responsible for bringing in new clients, following up on leads, and ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and assign daily jobs to maintenance staff and subcontractors Manage job scheduling, changes, and cancellations Communicate with clients to confirm service details and handle questions or issues Monitor job progress and ensure timely, high-quality service delivery Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients Handle client follow-ups, feedback, and issue resolution Identify and pursue opportunities to bring in new business (e.g., networking, referrals, local partnerships, online leads) Track and report on service performance and client satisfaction Support hiring, onboarding, and communication with field workers Ensure workers have necessary tools, materials, and job instructions Use scheduling tools to maintain records and streamline workflow Improve operational processes and customer service systems
Qualifications:
Proven experience in operations, team coordination, or service-based business management Strong people skills and a customer-first mindset Experience with sales, client outreach, or lead follow-up is a plus Solid understanding of home repair/maintenance services (or ability to learn quickly) Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Problem-solving and decision-making skills Able to work independently and take initiative
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
