We are seeking a highly experienced, results-driven, and client-focused
Operations Manager
to lead and optimize the daily operations of our luxury limousine fleet in Qatar. This pivotal role involves managing all operational aspects, including driver performance, fleet maintenance, dispatch, logistics, and customer service quality, to ensure efficiency, profitability, and exceptional service delivery that upholds our luxury brand standards.
Fleet & Maintenance Management
Oversee the entire luxury vehicle fleet (limousines, sedans, SUVs), ensuring all vehicles are immaculately presented, safe, and fully operational at all times.
Develop and manage proactive preventative maintenance schedules to minimize vehicle downtime and maintain the luxury standard of the fleet.
Manage relationships with third-party service providers, garages, and suppliers, negotiating contracts for vehicle maintenance, repair, and parts in a cost-effective manner.
Ensure
strict compliance
with all relevant Qatari traffic laws, licensing, insurance, and Ministry of Transport and Communication (MOTC) regulations.
Driver & Staff Management
Recruit, train, mentor, and supervise a team of professional chauffeurs and operations support staff.
Implement and enforce a Chauffeur Code of Conduct and rigorous training program focused on defensive driving, safety protocols, and premium customer service standards.
Manage driver scheduling, duty rosters, and leave to ensure optimal staffing levels for 24/7 operations, while adhering to local labor laws.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and manage disciplinary actions to uphold quality and professionalism.
Service Delivery & Customer Satisfaction
Design, implement, and continuously refine operational policies, procedures, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent, seamless, and timely service.
Oversee the dispatch and logistics system, optimizing routes and scheduling to ensure punctuality and efficiency for all bookings, from airport transfers to executive contract services.
Monitor customer feedback channels, promptly addressing and resolving service complaints to maintain high customer satisfaction and protect the company's luxury reputation.
Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to support large-scale events, VIP requests, and long-term corporate contracts.
Financial & Administrative
Manage the operational budget, controlling costs related to fuel, maintenance, staffing, and utilities to maximize profitability.
Analyze operational data, including utilization rates, fuel consumption, and service metrics, to identify trends and implement continuous improvement strategies.
Oversee administrative functions related to bookings, invoicing, and maintaining accurate records of fleet and driver documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in Operations Management, with at least 3 years specifically in a limousine, luxury car rental, or premium transportation/hospitality environment.
Mandatory experience working in Qatar or the GCC region with a strong working knowledge of local traffic laws and transportation regulatory frameworks (MOTC).
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
Proficiency with transportation management software, fleet tracking systems (GPS/telematics), and MS Office Suite.
* Strong financial acumen and experience with budget management and cost control.
