Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily operations of our limousine business. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, deep industry knowledge, and the ability to drive operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day limousine operations, including driver scheduling, and fleet management. Work closely with the sales and marketing team to optimize revenue generation. Prepare and analyze operational reports and suggest improvements. Train, supervise, and motivate drivers and support staff. Maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and vendors.
Requirements:
Minimum
3 years of experience
in limousine industry. Proven leadership and team management skills. Strong communication and organizational abilities. Ability to multitask and perform under pressure.Salary & Benefits:
Base Salary:
AED 6,000 per monthIncentives:
