Job Description

We are seeking a commercially astute Landscape Maintenance Operations Manager to lead and optimise our portfolio of prestigious maintenance contracts. This is a senior leadership role that blends operational excellence with sharp business insight.

Key Responsibilities:



Oversee day-to-day landscape maintenance operations, ensuring quality, safety, and client satisfaction. Drive contract profitability through budget control, cost optimisation, and service value enhancement. Identify and implement opportunities for service expansion aligned with client needs. Negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive rates and maintain quality standards. Lead and motivate teams to achieve performance targets while fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.

Qualifications & Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Horticulture, Landscape Management, Agriculture, or related field; business/commercial management qualification is an advantage. 10-20 years' experience in landscape maintenance, including 3+ years in senior operations leadership. Proven track record in contract management, budgeting, and revenue growth. Strong client relationship and negotiation skills.
