Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven

Operations Manager

with extensive experience in building maintenance and facility management. The ideal candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations of our facilities, ensure smooth maintenance processes, and lead a team to deliver high-quality services while optimizing operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of building maintenance and facility operations, including preventive and corrective maintenance. Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices. Supervise and coordinate vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure quality and compliance. Monitor budgets, control costs, and ensure timely procurement of materials and services. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards. Lead, train, and supervise a team of technicians, engineers, and support staff. Plan and oversee facility upgrades, renovations, and emergency repairs. Prepare reports on operational performance, maintenance activities, and project progress. Collaborate with other departments to achieve organizational objectives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred). Minimum 4 years' experience in building maintenance, facility management, or operations management. Strong knowledge of maintenance systems, safety regulations, and facility operations. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in MS Office and facility management software.

Preferred:
