. This role is responsible for overseeing daily landscape maintenance operations, managing crews, ensuring high-quality service, and identifying opportunities for
upselling enhancements
to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise landscape maintenance crews on residential and commercial properties.
Conduct site visits to ensure quality standards, safety compliance, and team performance.
Provide horticultural expertise in maintaining softscape elements, including plant health, pruning, fertilizing, and seasonal planting.
Identify and recommend softscape enhancements and improvements to clients.
Prepare proposals and quotes for enhancement and upsell opportunities.
Train team members on proper horticultural practices, tools use, and customer service.
Schedule and coordinate maintenance tasks in accordance with client contracts and seasonal needs.
Communicate effectively with clients regarding service performance, needs, and upgrades.
Monitor and manage budgets, materials, and labor costs.
Collaborate with the sales and design teams for project planning and execution.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Horticulture, Landscape Management, Facilities Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a maintenance management role, preferably in landscaping or facilities management in UAE.
Proven experience in managing a team and overseeing multiple projects.Strong knowledge of horticultural practices, landscaping techniques, and maintenance procedures.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Proficient in MS Office and maintenance management software.
Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
