joinery manufacturing and installation
division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in
cabinetmaking or commercial joinery
, combined with proven leadership skills, a focus on quality and efficiency, and the ability to manage multiple projects from design through to delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations across
production, scheduling, procurement, logistics, and installation
.
Manage and mentor workshop staff, site teams, project coordinators, and subcontractors.
Coordinate with design, estimating, and project management teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and to specification.
Develop and implement
production schedules
and workflow systems to maximize output and minimize waste.
Ensure strict compliance with
workplace health & safety (WHS)
,
quality control
, and
building regulations
.
Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely procurement of materials.
Monitor and report on
KPIs, budgets, lead times
, and project progress.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and profitability.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
