Oversee day-to-day operations of all franchise locations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to operational standards.
Implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices in line with franchise guidelines.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including fleet utilization, revenue, cost control, and customer satisfaction.
Lead, mentor, and develop outlet managers and operational staff to achieve performance targets.
Coordinate vehicle fleet management, including acquisitions, maintenance schedules, and disposals.
Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and franchise contractual obligations.
Drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer experience.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support promotions, loyalty programs, and customer engagement initiatives.
Manage budgets, forecasts, and operational reports for senior management.
Resolve escalated customer complaints and operational challenges promptly.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Transportation, or related field. MBA is a plus.
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in operations management, preferably in car rental, fleet management, or hospitality sectors.
Experience in managing multi-location operations and large teams.
Strong understanding of operational KPIs, fleet management, and cost optimization.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with international franchise standards and brand compliance.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment and travel between locations as needed.
