Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily operations of the hotel and hospitality business.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Monitor and analyze financial reports to identify areas for cost reduction and revenue growth
  • Manage and motivate a team of employees to achieve operational goals and objectives
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, as well as company policies and standards
  • Foster a culture of exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless and efficient operations
  • Maintain positive relationships with vendors, suppliers, and business partners
  • Continuously assess and improve the quality of products and services offered by the hotel and hospitality business
Requirements:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel and hospitality operations management
  • Proven track record of achieving operational targets and goals
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Familiarity with relevant software and tools, such as hotel management systems and financial software
