Hotel Operations Manager Duties and Responsibilities:

Ensure that each department delivers a consistently high standard of guest service. Also, achieve business objectives and maximize the profitability of all outlets. Maintain effective cost controls in all areas.

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years experience in hotel operations in a four/five star hotel
2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, ora related major
Ability to enforce hotel\'s standards, policie,s and procedures with assigned staff
Must be in UAE and can join immediately
Proficiency in computer literature
Excellence in communication written and verbal
